How I Assist
Birth (and beyond)
I will provide unlimited support during your labor and birth & up to 2 hours postpartum, lactation support, a postpartum check in at 24 hours (or 24 hours after discharge from a hospital birth) and an optional postpartum visit at 1 week (or earlier) if you desire. Along with continued support by phone through the fourth trimester.
Prenatal Support
During your pregnancy, we will meet to discuss your desires and create a birth plan. I will also be there for education, and emotional support via text or email outside of our time together in person. I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve.
Investment
Each package is tailored to you! We will talk about what you want and need. Need more prenatal visits so I can help you prepare for baby? Let's do it! Want more postpartum support for reassurance or breastfeeding help? I'm in.
Just looking to hire someone based on a single consultation and have them show up for the birth? I can do that, too.
The basic (preferred) package is 2 prenatal visits, unlimited presence at your birth, and 1 postpartum visit in the first week, with the additional support via phone/email for the first three months with your new baby.
